High-tech systems for your jobs

As a manufacturer of and specialist in premium tool steels we carry out vacuum hardening of your machined tools on a job contract basis. We have the latest vacuum hardening furnaces of different sizes as well as corresponding protective gas and vacuum tempering furnaces in place. Using these systems, we carry out vacuum treatment of components measuring up to 2,000 x 1,600 x 1,430  L x W x H, weighing a maximum of 6.5 t. Temperatures of up to 1,360°C and a maximum quenching pressure of 15 bar are possible across the entire quenching phase.

We also carry out surface treatment processes for you like nitriding, nitrocarburising and oxidation, for example. Another one of our unique selling points compared to our competitors is our evacuable horizontal nitriding tempering furnace which has a batch weight up to 7 t and a maximum temperature of 850°C making it the most up-to-date and largest system of its type in the world.
